Housing for Health Public Event
December 9, 2015
11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Center
1865 Harrison Ave.
Thanks to the generous support of the Department of Community Affairs, Camden County Freeholders, Senate President Stephen Sweeney, Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald, the Virtua Foundation, and Cooper University Healthcare, 50 chronically homeless, frequently-hospitalized individuals will receive housing and supportive services in South Jersey.
Join us in celebrating the launch of this exciting program, as community partners Volunteers of America Delaware Valley, South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources, St. Joseph’s Carpenter Society, Oaks Integrated Care and the Camden Coalition of Healthcare Providers come together in an effort to end chronic homelessness and provide better care to the region’s most vulnerable citizens.
